PARTNERSHIP OVERVIEW
Owusu, Tsalah and Associates is incorporated under the Private Partnership Act 1962, (Act 152) in Ghana by experienced partners with extensive work experience. The firm is also registered with The Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG) with registration number ICAG/F/2024/138.
We enclose here with copies of the firm’s Registration Certificate, Partnership Profile, Partnership Deed and Practice Licence from The Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana.
Owusu, Tsalah and Associates has personnel who are very experienced, competent and knowledgeable in their subject areas. The Partners and staff have worked extensively with many private and public institutions and development partners including Commercial Banks, Donor Funded projects, World Bank Funded projects and Staff Welfare Schemes in Ghana and the United Kingdom. In the UK, our Managing Partner worked with Stoy Howard, a firm of Chartered Accountants before returning to Ghana in 1994.
Our managing partner has over thirty years of experience cutting across public and the private sectors. He was the Financial Expert on the team of Consultants engaged by the Ministry of Roads and Transport to assist in the Organizational Development of the Ministry and its Agencies from 1999 to 2001, a former director of the Internal Audit and Director of Finance from 2001 to 2006 of the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation. All partners have had extensive experience working in Ghana and in the West African sub-region on projects.
